Into The Dust (Burning Man)
I've spent the last few weeks in decompression mode after Burning Man. I've tried to string a few sentences together that convey how I feel about my experience in the dust. Generally, I come away from profound life altering experiences with a lot to say and write but I've come away from Burning Man, I must say, mostly speechless. And maybe that's OK.

I can't find words to explain the experiences I've had or the new insights that I've gained. I can give you details about what I saw and what we did but I will never be able to fully express what it meant to me to be on the playa.
Laughing.. loving.. dancing.. crying amongst 70 thousand other beautiful souls. Sharing a connection that is so much more profound than myself or any one of us individually. Together we are Black Rock City, we are the magic, we are the art, we are ONE. The unity and energy on the playa is something that only you can experience for yourself. Only you can journey there and understand what it means to you, because nothing I say will truly resonate until you've experienced it first hand.

Burning Man brings out the best and the worst in us, all in one go. The highest of highs and the lowest of lows come to teach us something about ourselves. The conditions are rough and it's a huge commitment making your way to Black Rock City but aside from any packing tips... the only advice I can give you about Burning Man is, if you're curious... GO!
